Note - Depending on the file size and version of excel you are using, all records may not be able to be imported into excel. One solution is to open the file in notepad and cut the file into smaller sections.

- Excel 2003 has a limit of 65,536 rows (voters).
- Versions of Excel later than Excel 2003 have a limit of 1,048,576 rows (voters).
